The suitcase I bought has been used just once and seems OK, although it does get dirty quite easily.
AT sent me an email asking me to review the product. When I clicked the link, I discovered that I could only submit a review if I allowed targeted and advertising cookies on my PC. I do not want such cookies, so my review is here, not there.
Disgraceful attitude towards customers.

I bought a medium size Donald Duck suitcase at £129 and before Id used the suitcase once the inner zip and stitching came apart. I contacted CS to report the fault, they wanted me to send the case at my expense for inspection to see if this was covered by warranty which I refused, after some back and forth they agreed that as the case was brand new they would arrange a courier pick up. A week or so passed and I was advised that the fault was covered under warranty but it could not be repaired so they offered me a replacement - however my model suitcase was not in stock. So as none of the cases appealed I asked for a refund which was refused?? So I was forced by them to accept a replacement case of another character which I didnt want, So I have spent £129 on a case I dont like which was essentially forced on me. I would never buy from this company again. Soddy and overpriced and when you return the faulty item they refuse to refund.

Just wanted to share this about an American Tourister case I bought for a trip to Toronto in August. When I arrived at the hotel in toronto I noticed the side of the case by the wheel was cracked and had come away from the wheel. I have had various cases over the years from various companies and travelled all over the world and this has never happened before. After a couple of calls the case was sent to a 3rd party for review who have advised it was 3rd party damage and I will have to pay for repair. I am absolutely disgusted after putting my trust in what I though was a reputable company purchasing one of their suitcases it was damaged after one trip. I find it incredible for supposed high quality suitcase can suffer this damage after one visit. I would not recommend this company to purchase a case from
